I would like to see a Shockwave POV but that would be breaking the SFGAm World rules so we can't.

Quick update.
Loop track and supports are completely gone. Looks like they'll start working on the cobra next week.

I never got to ride it because every time I went, it was closed.
Hopefully I get to ride it at Magic Mountain.

I meant boring!
It didn't thrill me that much. It hurt my stomach when you went up he first tower looking downward.

In looking at the picture that jonrev posted, I would say the next item to be removed would be the platform under the cobra. Also, if you look closely at the track, you can see the ends of both parts (going into, and out of, the cobra).
If I had to make a guess, the only track left at this point would be on the towers, and the Cobra. Here is how I see the rest of the ride coming down
1) Platform under Cobra Roll
2) Track on Cobra Roll
3) Supports on the Cobra Roll
4) Track on the towers (not sure if they will do one at a time, or both)
5) Towers
With 48 days until the park opens, can they get it all done? Of course, there are only 35 weekdays (not excluding holidays like Good Friday, or time off for Easter). If you add them, you are down to 32 days. This assumes they do not work on weekends. It took them about 2 weeks (if I remember right) to remove the loop. I would say 1 week to remove the platform, 2 weeks to remove the cobra roll, and a good 2 weeks per tower. If the weather is good, that puts us right up to opening day, with the last parts of the 2nd tower coming down.
The above is all just a guess on my part, so feel free to comment!

It is going to be weird without the green and blue...

It going to be different without it. It brought "bright colors" to the park since some of the rides over there are darker colors like Wolf, Demon, and Whizzer.

Wow, that platform under the Cobra roll looks awfully wierd for some reason without that loop! Well, look on the bright side, if they aren't done by opening day...we get to see it under deconstruction...i would almost hope that part of it is still there.....

^I was thinking the same thing! It looked completely plain like there is something missing. It's amazing how the loop makes just about everything.
