Remember, if Gurnee ever gets hit by a tornado(god forbid), we have someone to blame. ;) Just kidding.

Looks sweet though. I can't wait to ride it. :)
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/

You have to look carefully from the business park across I-94 but it should be easier to see it when they get the actual slide parts up.

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

did anyone notice that there seems to be some water in the wave pool that doesn't look all dirty?

They had people power washing the pools and tube slides this weekend, so it's possible that the rainwater fell into a clean pool so it didn't get dirty.

Yes, the Wave Pool is filled. They started filling the Pool next to the wave pool for the slides on Saturday. But then it appeared then drained all the water out and then refilled it back up. I believe they are getting ready to do some training, that why they are filled up already.

Also, doesn't it take a while to shock the pools and get all the chemicals right? I don't know too much about pools, but one would think it would.
