add a second loop, increase the height of the two lifts to 200 or more feet
make the lines go faster, and always have the ride open everyday of the season.

Extensively, or just for a limited time? So, if I understand correctly, Vekoma first worked on it, then Six Flags kicked them off and hired a separate maintenance team, and the regular maintenance crew also assisted that team?
EDIT: You know your company (Vekoma) is screwed up when you get kicked off from putting a product together that you yourself designed.
Yes, some Great America maintenance guys did work on the ride. Ask some of the maintenance guys when you go back to work there next season, twixmix.
Yes, Six Flags should have not bought 3. They did and now they are dealing with it. I think our park is doing a good job and you guys give them a hard time for keeping a ride down when they have no choice.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that one.

I do agree with this. I am thrilled that the ride is finally open as consistently as it is, but whether or not it is now, it was still a bad move to construct four prototypes. The idea is to construct one and get it working reliably before constructing four. You wait until after it is working reliably to clone.

Nope, it's called Stunt Fall.
Stunt Falls
http://themeparkcritic.com/scripts/profile/ViewProfile.asp?ViewID=2909 A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

I agree with you. Isn't ours one of the most reliable if not the most reliable? They also did an amazing job painting and decalling it this year. It is almost like a brand new attraction. Also, just because it is closed one or two times that you go doesn't mean that it is never open.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
Theres a funny pic I found of someone putting their hand where its not supposed to be. Scroll down after you click on the link and you will find it. (sorry for such a big link)

personally, I think Deja Vu is the best ride at the park and the colors are simple amazing, it makes the ride look exciting...
the only thing i would want to change is the downtime...but i think it gets better every year, hopefully in 06 they can keep the breakdowns to a minimum...

I think it would be cool if they launched Vu backwards up the first tower. It would also decrease wait time by a little bit. But the problem with that is the ride would have problems with the launch.
