Six Flags Ameirca as the number 1 park at SFI.... this is JOKE!

It is like every two hours. Personally, none of the movies have ever looked interesting to me. They keep the same movie all year. (I think)
^ Although that idea is very farfetched it's probably the most creative one I have heard yet. Also this mindless bickering on whether to tear down the flumes is really getting on my nerves.

To me the Pictorium so called "movies" are more like the educational "movies" that you watch in school expect on a really big screen. It's air-conditioned, so most people will go just for that.
I hope SFGAm gets new shows this year especially with the outdoor southwest theatre and the Bugs Bunny Show. (Even though this might not be the topic), did the Coaster Con talk about the new shows. Yes, I know it's called coaster.....
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"
http://www.weezil.com/sfgam/sfgam6.htm Kind of off topic, but what are the green and blue pieces in this picture? Assuming these pictures were taken on the same trip, DejaVu is already up, but Shockwave wasn't down yet. (2001)

I heard somewhere on this site that they'll have Nascar 3-D in the pictorium this year. It would make sense because of their relationship with Warner Bros. and they produced it.
I think just add any kind of ride without taking anything out if possible. Dont care how many rides are added. Doesnt matter where the location is either.
1. It would be hard to see
2. Not enough space, if you noticed while riding AE there's not enough space between the helix and the last part of the ride...
There are alot of places that they could squeeze in a coaster, but don't worry about it. They'll figure out the best spot for a new ride. Personally I think that IMS and Loggers Run should be demolished, and they could use some of the parts to relocate it into one ride in a better spot.

same here, but then they might again decide to get rid of Whizzer and put something there?

I doubt it, because they could fit somthing inbetween Wizzer and Viper, and even if they needed a little more room, they could always put an underground tunnel that connects to a small part of the parking lot.
I really wish Arrow Dynamics was still around to design and build their rides. Sure I like B&M and Intamin and all that, but Arrow Dynamics created plenty of worthwhile rides such as the Demon and Shockwave. I never ridden 'X' but I think that's a great one. And Arrow was the manufacturer. Sorry, but Orleans Place just isn't the same without the blue and white structure overlooking the territory (and I remember the accident).
To TwistedSteel: Aren't you forgetting Stargate? And I have to say that I read about the parking lot fill up completely, including the overflow. Trust me, we'll need all that extra space when HH opens.
R.I.P. Splashwater Falls and Space Shuttle America. Deja Vu, enjoy Idaho.
Hear ye, hear ye: "After 45 years, Six Flags has stopped smoking."
I would rather see them get rid of Splashwater Falls and the go karts than IMS and LR. Unless it's a maintenance issue, I'd rather run IMS and LR together and get rid of SWF, than run SWF and LR and IMS just sitting there. I don't think the go karts are as popular as they used to be, but I could be wrong (maybe I just saw them on a less crowded day).
TwistedSTEEL666 wrote:oh they could if they demo both the Whizzer and Pictorium(sp?) that's plenty of space there and it's about equal to the footprint that SUF holds.
Actually, you could just take out the Whizzer and plop down another S:UF(Not saying they will) in it's place without taking out the Pictorium. Hey they almost did!(Don't tell me it was a publicity stunt to take out the Whizzer. I already heard that one. )
And I have a question to many of you. Why all of a sudden do you guys want the log flumes gone? This campaign has really come out of nowhere and I don't see why you want rides removed when rides don't have to be removed.
I didn't say I wanted the log flumes gone. I said it would be better if they were relocated to a smaller area.
If we get another coaster I think it will be blue, because thats the only main color thats missing. With the designing that roller coaster design companies can do these days, they won't have to knock down much to put in a great coaster. So don't worry about your favorite ride being knocked down. If they did knock it down, the ride they will replace it with will be just as good or better.
