The ride was manufactured without the rails painted. So naturally, the rails were never painted during the re-paints to keep the original color scheme

Any idea why the rails on Bull weren't painted initially?

In the early days of B&M, they never painted rails because they didn’t know how the paint would affect the ride.

When Batman changed to yellow, the rails got painted but that also could have been because DC wanted them painted.

The park has decided to keep the original color scheme of Bull with the rails unpainted.

Some notes from today:

-Batman is the only coaster not running its second train. It appears the have lightened up on the station fog.
-Sounds effects have been added to Giant Drop queue and the birds sound effect has returned at the top
-Million Painting was working on Bull today so it appears they are working Monday-Saturday. It appears they are about 40% complete.
-No new activity at MaxxForce and it doesn’t appear close (all the brake fins have been removed)
-Hurricane Harbor sign has been removed from the gates by the old entrance by Viper so maybe they actually do something with this area in the future.
-El Mercado has been painted a dark green on the outside and new lights inside the shop.
-Lots of Fright Fest stuff has gone up already and several rides have their Fright Fest name.
-Sky Trek Tower actually had a queue line open today and was a multi cycle wait most of the day.
-New small round string lights have been installed all around the station and operates booth at Demon. Still no working lights in the tunnel

With the status of Maxx Force unknown at this time the last thing we need is Raging Bull closed for the rest of the season. I’m going with the early October reopening. I’m starting to think the park chose the wrong time to repaint Bull.

I understand why they did rn, as it would be harder during the harsh midwestern weather. Tho at the same time i noticed the park feels more buisier without Bull. Without it, i think it's lines and crowds are gonna look kinda ugly
Old Great America was better, however I hope just a bit of that charm comes back

It didn’t feel any busier yesterday without it.

And El Mercado was sooooo bright it was hard not to notice.

No. Superman is two trains. Batman is the only one with one.
