If Chang does remain a stand-up (which it probably will) I wonder if they'll keep Iron Wolf or send it to another park? If they do get rid of it, I hope they Demolish Camp Cartoon Network as well l & put up a top thrill dragster like coaster. That would be nice
I do think Wolf will go but they say Chang's trains will be used on it so they can keep Wolfie for a few more years and not have to worry about a big old space with nothing to fill it...County Fair cannot have another hole (Splashwater Falls). I hope they do make Chang a sit down floorless and Wolf should stay as the trains are the only bad part about it. It is only 2 years older than Batman and the first Beemer.

All I can say is NOOOOO...in so many ways that would be bad.
Have a take and don't suck, it's the Jim Rome Show!

Yes! Camp Cartoon Network's blueprint is just big enough for that!

Really? You would know our height limit is Sky Treck Tower. Anything like Stealth is fine, but Dragster is too tall.
You should also know SFGAM had trouble building a launching in that area.
I am sorry but if they do follow what you are wanting them to do, well. We are doomed.

I think they should take out Camp Cartoon if its a perfect place to put the Chang coaster. Usually whenever i walked by Camp Cartoon it wouldnt really be that crowded. Well, in general, I never see many kids at SFGA. Also, I dont see kids around at night so is Camp Cartoon even busy after night? Do they get any business? If any coaster replaced Camp Cartoon, I think it would be a plus to the park.

Thats why I said IF IRON WOLF gets removed, The Iron Wolf/Camp Cartoon Network Area could easily fit a TTD Like coaster, If they WERE BOTH REMOVED. & JerryKola2112, I am very well aware of the Sky Trek height limit that the park has, thats why I said a TTD LIKE Coaster. I never said that it had to be 400 Feet tall. Look at the Xcelerator at Knotts Berry Farm, You think adding something similar to that would doom Great America?!?!? ok.....
^ Looking at the cost-benefit value, it would just plain stupid. Spending insane money on thrill machines is the last thing this park needs and was a huge part in putting SF into bankruptcy.
^ Right, but since we are talking about a Coaster that is 4,000 feet long, going to a spot that could not handle a 4,000 foot long anything, Hence the response.
It only makes sense for it to go into the SSA/GO Cart Area sense there has been a sign there teasing "Site for Future Expansion" for the last year or so! Seems Logical! If they move the Go Carts to the SWF Area, it will prop be more popular sense people will KNOW its there!
Chang excluded, IW/Cartoon Network spot could easily handle 4000 feet of just about any coaster. Currently there is almost 3,600 feet of track there currently. with lots and lots of leftover room.

The go-karts there suck anyway, they shouldn't even bother trying to save them unless they are going to make them better.

it is possible though, wont be happening to iron wolf anytime soon though. May improve IW, cant say for sure though seeing as it hasn't been done quite yet, I think in something related to this, IW may have a chance of picking up a somewhat new set of standup cars in the very near future if bankruptcy doesn't change Six Flags plans, also depends what sort of shape the cars are in I would think.
