Well so much for getting anything done on time this year. They aren't even extending the run of the show to make up for the delay. It's pathetic that our big new addition for the year won't even be running for two months.

i waited like hour and 50 minutes for xflight opening weekend due to wanting to sit up front. I jumped in line sunday(may 26th) and around 7:45 and almost didnt make it to superman(around 2 minutes to spare before park closed and yes i ran halfway there)! the line was also just under the immelman and still waited an hour! didnt even sit front row! i just would think thee line in probably around an hour and 45 minutes from the entrance and its always been there when i have gone!

What?
With 1 train operation the line for xflight from the entrance of the ride is probably around hour and half, hour and 45 minutes!

Really good chance X Flight's second train will test at some point tomorrow. It will probably be ready for riders by Saturday Definitely no later than Sunday.

The Queue completely filled with two trains in any row is just barely over an hour depending on Flash Pass and RAPs.....so saying half the queue not including the switchbacks with 1 train is a ludicrous statement. I waited 52 minutes opening weekend for right wing front row. Granted, I got lucky because "The Stupids" failed to notice row 1 was nearly empty.

X Flight had both trains on the track today. The second one was only testing as far as I could tell, but they might have been loading riders later in the day.
I'd assume they did the weight testing before the park opened, because it takes too much time to load and unload the water dummies to do it during the day. And I can confirm that X Flight's second train did start boarding riders late afternoon today
Hey guys! Sorry to noob it up but I'm a roller coaster nerd and I've never been to Great America. I'm in town and am going to the park tomorrow. I'll probably have from opening til about 6:00pm. What do you suggest I start with to make sure that I get everything in time. I'd really love to hit up everything multiple times if possible. I'm from North Carolina and would hate to miss something. Thanks so much!

Has it's rehab always taken this long into the season?

I would suggest Superman first, Batman second, V2, and then X flight. This makes a nice half circle. Hopefully you can get all those done by noon, if you get there at opening. Coasters you could skip, would be Demon, Ragin Cajun, and the dark knight, if you are pressed for time. Really concentrate on the 4 B&Ms, and the 2 woodies though. Vipers sweet spots are the last 2 rows and row 3. Eagle sit near the front.
