I am 100% sure that his office is above Bugs Bunny & Company. During the behind the scenes tour during Coaster Enthusiast Day, the tour guides said that his office was above Bugs Bunny and Company. So check your facts before you say your positive next time.
If his office is in or near the park, then I definitely saw him walking around Raging Bull last time I visited. Was about a month ago. Wearing the same black outfit and everything.

How do you know if the tour guides were telling the truth or just pulling your leg?

How woudl that be a PR stunt? How do you think you "know" for a fact where his office is?
It was the ghost that lives in the attic. The Angelo's restaraunt guy told me .

The idea is to give people who otherwise would leave at 7 or 8 reason to stay until 10 (and maybe buy another soda, or a glow stick, or whatever). Just because it doesn't work on you doesn't mean it doesn't work on others. Gotta think from the park's perspective, not necessarily yours.
(Plus, we live 90 minutes away and stay 'til close whenever we go. What's more important -- sleep or rollercoasters? )
By 7 or 8, I would have been on everything I wanted and bought everything I wanted to. A silly parade or night show with glow sticks will not make me stay and I am not in minority.
^ Yes you are. Maybe not for enthusiasts, but for general park goers. Both Glow in the Park and Ignite keep people in the park later. HTS was packed when I saw both of them. Shows like this keep people in the park, regardless of what they are. I've seen it at Cedar Point, at Busch Gardens Tampa, and now I'm seeing it here.
If Reid-Anderson was at the park surveying Bull's spot, and in the extraordinarily unlikely event that Bull gets removed, the best replacement for a plot of that size would be a GCI woodie, but it wouldn't work well considering that they've already got a twister(ish) woodie right next to it in Viper.
Also, he could just be checking on the rides' upkeep. Just because he was out looking at different spots doesn't mean the ride is gone. Really, the only one of the two/three he (supposedly) surveyed that I can see actually going is Orbit. I think you either get rid of Orbit and clear out a bit of the surrounding area, or ditch Cajun (which may be a bit unlikely) and put the Skyscreamer (which is an inevitability at some point) in one of those two spots.

Just a thought. There are rumors of Demon's coming demise, and the Orbit is an easy ride to move. If JRA was standing by Orbit, then he could be surveying for the new ride in the next few years.
The park had some issue with the brakes or something on the ride when it showed up, so the park made their own modifications to the ride resulting in the end in the ability of the ride to only run 5 out of it's 9 cars.
Also I don't think Ried-Anderson was surveying anything, generally surveying is left to surveyors. I'm guessing he was simply out in the park. Back in the day Jim Wintrode would ride Sky Trey Tower repeatedly in order to see how operations were going.

What I feel about the CEO looking around is that it's not really that big of deal. If I wouldn't know the guy is 3 times a week at the park, than I might think why is he looking at this ride, and that ride, but it just seems to me he's looking what's going on within the park. Didn't someone say something about him looking at Viper? If so, he's probably wondering if people are going more on it because it's backwards. For Orbit, he's looking at it because it is broke.
