One Train has new lapbars with the bajillion clicks, one train has the old Lapbars with 4 clicks/positions. The one with the old bars was running in prime form, while the other was dishing out next to no airtime (at least up front), it was horrible. That will probably work itself out though within the next few weeks, and if not, at the least the trains are identifyable (black covers on the outside of the train are shorter and have a extra slot on top of them on the new bars.
