It's been in the soundtrack since Mardi Gras was an annual weekend fest.
I know during the weekend Mardi Gras fests they played that music but now they play it all of the time I was just stating that the music they play over there is 1/2 of the fun for me.

They are also missing the beer. When I think of Mardis Gras I think of beer and ..... well you know Maby the Kariokee wouldn't be so bad if there was beer served there.
I know! They used to sell those bottles of Voodoo beer. Lager actually.. blah! I was surprised to see that they do not anymore. I drink maybe 2 times a year so it doesn't really bother me any.. now my fiance has to go over to Farmers Market to get 1.. 2 beer TOPS. At $6 a pop you better believe that is all he is getting No.. I think it's good that they do charge quite a bit for the beer. Otherwise you'd see alot of drunken people walking around the park starting stuff. That would defnitley ruin it for me.
The kariokee plays all of the bad songs on purpose, there are good singers, but they want to show that there are bad singers that do it to get other people to sing, and it is very funny
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
Binks Drake wrote:^ I said minus the Eagle/Wolf Area. I mean like around farmers market and Deja VU. There's Spashwater falls and Raceway. But i think those are kind of hidden. You could walk right by the entrance to either and not know.
Speaking of County Fair flats, I went on Fiddlers Fling for the first time yesterday and am proud to report I did NOT puke .
I think its more for younger kids, but I guess they need to have fun too, as long as they don't play the song from the commercial. I hate that song now.

When I think of Mardi Gras I think of a bunch of drunks who expose themselves in public, fight with each other, buy and sell illegal items, pickpocketers all over the place, and who pee on themselves. Great idea for an amusement park area right. Why didn't they just expand New Orleans? To me it's sad that SFGAM had to call an area of the park after a crazy fest. I know that SF is not trying to suggest to do any of these things, but rather it be more like a party. Some !!!family!!! area.
About the rides:
Jester's Wild Ride is quite sad, we don't need two of the same type (Revolution and this)
Driving in the car at 15 mph is more fun. 1 family ride
RC is quite rough, not a family ride
Big Easy Balloons is fun, 2 family rides
KC looks lame, not a family ride. I was hoping for Chance's Chaos instead of the Huss Top Spin.
I do have to give SF credit for adding KC and Revolution because of the fact that appeal more an older audience than most of the flats at SF. Whenever I go on most flats except water rides if you call them that (flats), they are loaded with younger kids. Even in the trip reports, I don't see many flats posted.
Lastly, I do have to give SF credit for putting rides in a blank area (dead part).
Umm... I would hardly call HUSS top spins lame until you have personally ridden it, I know that if it runs anything similar to any of the Top Spins ive ridden, it will become one of my favorite rides, how can you say it looks lame before youve ever even seen it with people on it (the weight tottally altars the ride)
From what people have been saying the program that they are running isn't a very entertaining one and that it only goes upside down once. That doesn't sound very good. I hope that was just part of the program and that they will change it up some to include more inversions.
