Kings Island needs to teach Six Flags a few things about building coasters. Banshee's lift is already done.
Someone needs to teach some people to stop with the ridiculous posts.

The only thing they could "teach" us is to start construction earlier, which will never happen. The new SF management doesn't want new rides ready on opening day and actually seems to make an effort to push opening back as far as possible.

Why did you have to post 2 separate times just to say the same thing? So does that count as 2 ridiculous posts by you in a row? Honestly it's just stupid.
^^ I'd love to know how my post is ridiculous. Under the new SF management, what has actually opened on opening day? Why did a Boomerang not open until the middle of June and a water slide in the middle of July? If it was just one ride that wasn't ready that'd be fine but it's not an isolated incident. I think it's pretty obvious that they don't care about or want new rides open on opening day because if they did those wouldn't have happened.
Personally, I didn't care that X Flight opened a week later and I won't if Goliath opens late too. It's if we start heading down the track of SFMM and SFA that I'll have a problem.
People need to stop posting ridiculous posts about ridiculous posts while completely missing the irony. And people need to stop repeating what everyone else is saying again END!
(If you guys dont get the irony and sarcasm in this...END!)

Its ridiculous because if management were to rush a ride to get it open earlier with some stuff missing you would complain that the ride isn't ready. In general it makes the most sense for the park to get the ride open asap but if they cant they cant spend money frivolously to try and rush an attraction no matter if its a boomerang or a water-slide.

^ But what I'm saying is that if they wanted a ride to be ready for opening day they would start early enough that they wouldn't have to rush. Look at Full Throttle, the ride before it was removed two years before it was built, but they still waited until late 2012 to start construction so it opened at the end of June and still wasn't done. Then look at other parks, Outlaw Run was built by the end of October 2012, so it opened right on time. If the new management cared and wanted rides to be ready on the parks opening day, they would start construction early enough so that there would be enough time to get everything ready and nothing would have to be rushed.
Last week SFGAm tweeted that the Goliath webcam is almost ready to go. Hopefully that will be up and running sometime this week though there probably isn't much to see yet.

I don't mean to bring this subject back, but I'm merely voicing my opinion. I don't feel we should be so harsh and critical of people for posting their opinions. If you disagree, politely say so and provide some evidence to back it up. Saying it's ridiculous does nothing but make you look ridiculous. Indeed, Six Flags may not be on time for every attraction they install, but I can assure you that management is not trying to delay it. They're doing all they can to ensure that everyone who visits the park has a good time and perhaps the reason Boomerang didn't open on time was because they wanted to be 100% sure everyone who rides it will enjoy it.

Again, please stop complaining about the locals! You're posts are starting to get annoying

Honestly there has not been many changes/updates in the construction process. Seriously!? I don't know what they are waiting for. They should at least get started at modifying Iron Wolf's station since it will be reused. It will be expanded because the trains on Goliath are going to be longer than Iron Wolf's trains.

I completely agree with you on that. Thanks for responding!
