Well it was there for awhile because they dont move the cars during construction. After 4P.M the ride moved because construction was over with and i know last night they set the car there and shut down for the night and wouldnt move it until construction was over
I like how the water jets create fog with cool red light in water and that fog... Nice pictures! The ride looks better then I thought. SFGAm surprised me.
Six Flags Ameirca as the number 1 park at SFI.... this is JOKE!
Check out the webcam at night; they've set up the lights to make it look like a runway on the lift and brake run! It's likely that people have noticed this already, but it's the first time I have.

Switchbacks right by the water element too. That might feel nice on a hot summer day lol. They went far past my expectations in theming this one. VERY happy to see something like this in our park, even if its a snoozer.
In the video you can see fog pouring out of the head chopper supports after the control tower and the water jets aren't like Manta or other B&M's that are synced in order then die off right away. These all shoot up high as the train passes over and stay there for a while. I wonder if this is to enhance the experience while waiting in line which goes right beside the water. It's more like an actual fountain than a smaller water feature.

One thing I have to say after watching that video is what the hell happened to the hangar? Looks like they cheaped out and just made one wall. There is nothing there to indicate anything will be added to it. If that really is all they're doing, I think it takes more away from the ride than it adds.

Yeah, I was bummed it was just a facade as well. Looks cheap compared with the rest of the theming. Oh well. Still really happy with the theming on the ride overall.
could it be because of their time frame that they decided not to build a full hangar? it still looks cool from the front but more fun if it was the real thing. .
There is definitely no more hangar coming. There is no more foundation there, and it's physically impossible to build one complete wall of a 4 wall structure without it falling over almost immediately, that was designed to be a free standing wall, and that's what it is now, and that's probably what it will always be.
And I agree the rest of the ride looks pretty decent, both ride wise and thematically.
