^ That's too bad to hear. Hopefully next year they'll hire extra security and make people more aware of the punishment for hurting the actors. I'd hate to see them dampen the event or resort to combining scare zones again because of it.
You know people are really stupid. I mean If you see the person then why would you get scared? Do these people really have no sense of spacial awareness? Its not like you're walking through a dark alley at night and the boogey man is waiting to get you. You're in a theme park and the boogey man is waiting to get you (sorry couldn't resist). Even in the haunted house you can still see where people are for the most part. I couls nderstand if it was a practical joke that got out of hand but you know full on that there will be people in the park trying to scare you. I really can't believe what I heard that they moved the scare actors out of their respected zones, when do you see mermaids and lumberjacks in the bayou?
There are more stores that our friends told us but there's too many. My mom and I had this conversation several different times. There are warning signs all about the park during Fright Fest. Get your kids out of the park after 4. The kiddie areas closed....hence get your kids out. We were talking to our friends at dinner Sunday night after the park closed and they even agreed that it's stupid that they have to tone the scare level down. For instance going through Necro with a stupid parent and their toddler in a stroller walking through and the scareactors wave and then the element of scare is gone. It's so freaking frustrating. Also people were harrassing the little clown in Mardi, if the scareactors tell you that you can't take pictures heed their warning. Security stepped in quite a few times to get people away from him. What part of NO don't these moronic people understand?

I agree. One of my sister's friend went to FF and he said he slapped one of the actors and he started laughing. I got mad at him and I told him that that was not funny at all and that he shouldn't have done that. Behavior like this is ridiculous. I mean, if you were one of the actors, would you like people slapping you? Of course not. Then treat people how you want to be treated!

I noticed this season that they didn't have the fire effects on the sky trek Tower this year inside of the cab, I guess it has something to do with the issues they had last season. It is not the same without that affect, oh well....
Honestly, I'm surprised they bothered putting the cut-outs in the windows since they knew they had no power up there. Waste of time, can't see them without the fire.
1. Absolutely Dracula shaking his butt twerking and Withcy yelling at him to "put it away! put it away!" and a tie for number one Haggie ending up with her legs up in the air and slightly open and Witchy looking and saying "Gross!", pushing her legs down and Haggies head popping up and Witchy again saying "Gross!"
2. Definately the minions
3. I JUST SHIPPED MY PANTS (eventhough that was more along late 2012 than 2013).
I think the clowns, pirates and lumberjacks did an awesome job. I think Fright Fest for me was a hit. I tell myself that if you scare me...then your job is complete lol. I met so many great people this year and I can't wait until next Fright Fest.
My favorite part this year was Love at First Fright (as always). It may be because I'm really into music and acting, but Fright Fest is the most solid time of the year with all the shows and characters. In my opinion, this year's LAFF cast was the best one yet.
Consecutive Trips Riding X Flight: 92 SFGAm Lifetime Trips: 104
Speaking of LAFF, Did anyone attend a show where the main character who plays jack didn't sing at all? All other characters took his lines, and I'm guessing he was sick or something, but it was sort of upsetting. It sort of took away from the show.
When you get to the top, and you hear that click, you better hang on, because your coming down quick!
Candy: What you lookin' at? Otis B. Driftwood: I'm lookin' at you, mama. Candy: Yeah, you see something you like? Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.
