The poster is the Dark Knight Rises. The mouse pad is X-Flight. The picture in the folder looks like a monster's face with four eyes. It can be themed for Fest Fright or remodel for the Dark Knight rises. The Microsoft Word says,"Guests in 2013....affects? effects? The green neon letters says,"Mar..."
Lets go back to American Eagle... Do you guys really thing American Eagle is just gonna stay standing for ever? You have never seen wood before have you??? They would have to keep REBUILDING The entire Structure to keep it standing, and like said! That part of the park is BANNED From being built on! I would be willing to bet, even if they wanted to TEAR DOWN the BIG Helix to rebuild it, it would fall under NO BUILDING!
Thats ok, Lets leave it up for ever... Condolences to the Families who lost loved ones when American Eagle Collapsed
I don't know how you think that the fine maintenance team has just let eagle go this long. I can tell you for a fact that portions of the ride have already been replaced. The ride even closed mid-season in 2009 so that portions of the structure of the final helix on the red side could be replaced. So while you may offer your condolences they will not be necessary for quite some time.

The coaster is only 31 years old. It is not going to collapse. Wood lasts a very long time. Trees and wood-framed houses can stand for hundreds of years (although of course they don't have coaster trains running on them). Wood coasters can run for many more decades than 3 and still maintain their stability. They inspect the ride for safety, believe it or not, and can replace some wood as needed. Chill out.

It's not like they can't touch the ride because of the new rules. They can replace wood as needed. Besides, Eagle was only built thirty years ago, it isn't that old as far as wooden coasters go. I don't even know why we're having this discussion now. You can talk about it twenty years from now.

"We aren't saying that it's going to stand forever." (meaning American Eagle). "This is just for 2013. We mean that American Eagle is going to stay with us for a long time, and not forever."
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"
Very rarely are wooden coasters ever rebuilt from the ground up, excluding the track. Generally lumber is replaced one board at a time when problems arise, which is at a pretty steady rate and most lumber on wood coasters rarely lasts more than 30-40 years. One good example was Big Dipper at Geauga Lake, years and years ago the ride was painted white and a butt ugly green color, the park eventually realized that the color scheme was in fact butt ugly, so sometime in the 80's the park simply stopped painting replacement lumber, I'm told it looked like hell for a while, but by the late 90's and early 00's, you had to look pretty hard to find green or white painted lumber anywhere on the ride, anything that was not green or white, had been replaced over time.

Going back to this, about the image of the "white thing high above the ground with an arrow pointing down"
This is just a shot in the dark, based on NO facts, but could it be possible we could get Texas Chute Out from SFOT? Highly unlikely, but its an idea.
^Yes, it is an idea, but as you said HIGHLY unlikely. We already have condor which kinda does the same job, and a Sky Screamer would be more likely than that to go into our park.

The 87 year old Giant Dipper coaster I just rode on Friday disagrees with you...

Its not going to be a skyScreamer if the park doesn't have approval from the village. Last meeting only talked about a Walmart getting another sign or some other big store.
SFGAm generally goes before the zoning board in Sept or Oct, I'd guess it'd be the same even if they announce early, the park knows they'll more than likely be able to get approval for whatever they want as long as it's under the FAA mandated 365 foot limit which is the same as the top of Sky Trek's flagpole. Under 125 and they don't need a variance, just a general construction permit.

on the one picture where it says white tower with a blue top, if you look closely you can see what looks like a LEX LUTHER:Drop of Doom gondola
^I personally cant see anything you guys are talking about, but I just don't understand why a Drop of Doom gondola would make sense. What could that mean?
ViperFTW wrote:^I personally cant see anything you guys are talking about, but I just don't understand why a Drop of Doom gondola would make sense. What could that mean?
^Yeah, I guess that it COULD mean that, but as you said probably not. I'm going to go with DeathbyDinn's suggestion that they are just false clues. What's the fun without them?
^ I don't think those crates have anything to do with 2013. Based on where the crates are, I think they're Fright Fest related. That is very near the shed where most of the Fright Fest props are stored. Also, there's no #GreatAmerica2013 on that tweet.
Someone was claiming to have seen green track on the highway yesterday.
Anyway, those do look like they are probably fright fest. You have to remember that they still had that Fright Fest teaser before the 2013 one. Also, they are probably just using the fact that these happen to be in crates to keep us on our feet and to stop people from complaining that the teasers are terrible.
