Sunday crowds?

I know during the school season, sundays are pretty empty. But I've never been to the park during summer Sundays. Are they as crowded as a normal weekend day? I'm going tomorrow and I just want to know what to expect so I'm not overwhelmed or anything. And I know you can't tell me how crowded it would be, just a general answer is fine. Thanks.

Last year I went pretty much every Sunday of the season and only ran into very big crowds a couple times in mid july and during the last day of Fright Fest. Last Sunday it was pretty empty.

Usually on sundays at six flags the day is pretty crowded, but towards the last couple of hours its usually empty because most people w/ little kids or who have to leave for work early have already left.
