Sorry about this, I've never posted before... Does anyone know why they didn't have Superstition last year at Fright Fest? I had been looking forward to it all summer and was very disappointed that it wasn't there. Do you think there's a chance they'll get it this year? Thanks.
I have no clue! I felt exactally like you. I was looking forward to it so badly and was very dissapointed to find out that it was not being shown last year. Actually I was darn right mad
Hopefully it'll be back this year because it is a great show/ride
Superstition? I am kind of familiar with the name but what is it exactly? I personally think that all the events that fright fest had to offer were good. I really enjoyed fright fest last year. But right now I am more focused on SFGAm opening before I am gonna focus on fright fest.
They did not have it because SF has a contract that they will play Stargate SG 3000 for 3 years in SSA. Therefore, they were unable to show Superstition.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.

It was a show in stargate. Elvira tells you to go to her amusement park. So, you go on a ride that is almost like a rollercoater because it goes up and down like one, and sideways. So, the simulator goes with the movements of the ride. It's quite good.
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"

Wasn't it only 2?
It has to be more than two because before I was complaining to someone about that. Two years is painful enough, while three is torture to me. I can't believe that ride is going to be 11 years old. For the first year, lines filled up where all that extra line is now. I mean all. It was really packed. Now, the line extends just a little past the door, and sometimes they only run one side.
I like all three movies besides Stargate. However, there comes a time when you get sick of them continously year after year. SF forgot to think of what ifs? What if people get bored of the same movie after three years? Disney has some movies that they continously show, but Disney and the other theme parks get tons and tons of visitors that maybe out of towners.
If I saw, Honey I shrunk the audience quite a bit in just one year, I might get sick of it year after year. If you see it once a year, it's a lot different than seeing it twenty times.

I meant that I thought the contract for Stargate was only 2 years. I know the building is a lot older.
BTW, what's so bad about Stargate? I really enjoy it.
