I'm going to agree that American Eagle will recieve a new coat of paint for its 25th b-day. Maybe more re-tracking is in store for next offseason, so why waste the paint?

Actually, I should correct myself. Isn't 2005 its 25th anniversary?(Then in that case, it would have been neat to have it painted this year.)

^^ Well 2005 is it's 25th operating season, but it will be 25 years old in 2006. It's hard to explain. Eagle was built in 1981, so 1981+25years=2006.

Kind of like if I was born in 1981, I would only be turning 24 this year.

2006 is GAs 30th operating YEAR. 2005 is their 30th operating season.

My guess is no celebration will be tied in to this year with the huge water park they are opening. No time to plan special things, and push the new water park. I would look for something next year.
