Season passes question

Ok, so me and a friend are getting passes, but we were wondering if we can join up with others to get the $10 off, do you have to konw the people you are getting the passes with, or what is the rule on that? Are there people just in groups looking for 1 or 2 people to join to get the deal? Im going on opening day if anyone wants to meet up?

You don't have to be related to the people, but it would help if you knew them. Last year I joined in with a group of 8 friends.

I dont know anymore people that want to get a pass that are going that day, i just want to know if ever there are people you can join up with at the gate, and everyone benefits

You could take a chance and go there hoping to find somebody looking for the same thing. Just ask people you know well enough to meet up at the park with to buy a 4 pack of passes with. I usually just talk my friends into getting season passes, so you could try that too.
