Do any of you know about this?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I am going to SFOG for spring break, so my mom decided to get our family season's passes. My mom called the park, and they said that we can come in tomorrow to get them processed. This was not announced or anything, and I know that they have had days before the park opens to get your pass processed, so are any of you going to this? If any of you are going to this, it would be cool to see you there.

I will take pictures from the parking lot for sure, and if they allow me to I will take some from inside the park.

No this is not a Season Pass Processing Day. This is called a Customer Service Curtsey. Since you are going to SFOG for Spring Break and the SFGAM is not open, they are letting your Family come and Process your Passes Early so that you can use it at SFOG. I heard that they have done this many times before.

The customer service for the season passes is great. My brother had a unprocessed print n go ticket he bought online in October before we knew we were going to go to St. Louis in March. I got my pass processed on the last day of the season but he wasn't there, so he gave them a call a few weeks ago and they sent him a new pass with his old picture on it. Worked out great.

I went to SFOG spring break 2 years ago but I got my pass processed there instead as you can use it anywhere. There coupon booklet was awsome then so I would tell you to get it processed there, they gave you a coupon for a free Lo-Q which was sweet as its like a $25 value, I don't know if they still do this but its worth a shot, as you can find a way to get a s SFGAm coupon book if you really want to when the park opens as I did when I went.

I have a Question.

Why would you buy a great america pass for $90 here? you should of bought a SFOG pass for $49.99 and saved your selves a lot of money.

Because you have to have to process your pass at that park. And most of us don't have transportation to any other park than SFGAm. I wish SF wouldn't have marketed their season passes to include HH before now. I could have saved 50 bucks.

Ive done this before also, they will process you early so you can have your pass for other parks, it just sucks because st louis which im going to for opening day is a lot cheaper to get a pass, but I believe you have to have a pass from great america to get water park admission.

No, any six flags pass will get you into Hurricane Harbor since it's combined with Great America.

Which is exactly the reason why I purchased a SFMM play pass (a season pass) for $47.99 and will buy my daughter's season pass at either SFSTl or SFKK for around $55.00 or probably even less depending on the promotions going on.

The cheaper the better. :D

My mom said that they made sure that she lived within 300miles of the park. I think this is because people could just get a pass from another SF park for 30 dollars cheaper, when their homepark is SFGAm, which is alot more expensive to get a seasons pass.

^ That's only if you buy online. If you were to purchase at the gate in SFOG, it would work, no problem.

The 300 mile radius applies to online tickets, but it only affects the first person who enters their address. This appears to be a glitch in the program, and so far I only know of it affecting print & go passes. So, if you know someone who lives near the cheaper park, have them purchase the season pass online in addition to their pass. For example the online price for SFSTL is usually $10-$15 dollars cheaper than at the park, but it requires a pruchase of two or more passes.
It's the most fun in the park when your laughing in the dark.
