Does anyone else think that the announcement of the 2005 addition, HH, way earlier than other addition announcments has kind of made this offseason worse than previous years? By what I read during last offseason, (I was to young to become a member) you guys were highly anticpating what was going to happen, and so was I. Isn't that kind of fun? Now knowing what is going to happen has made this offseason go slower and well, less fun. Does anyone agree with me? Or maybe not? And why?
Crazy Rumors usually just start trouble meaning flame wars, so I don't really like them. Unless they are completely insane then I just shake my head at the person who wasted their time to type it .
Little do you guys know, we still have that 500ft launching flying coaster that does an inline twist at 150 miles an hour coming to our park next year.

I figured out the official Hurricane Harbor yesterday. Look out Southwest Territory and Hometown Square! The entrance to HH will be laid out at the former location of the Viper Nacho's stand (yep, they tore it down). There will be a secondary exit placed somewhere inside HH itself, leading guests into the parking lot. But the primary gate to HH is in SW like I told you, so most of the people will enter and exit there. It makes me wonder if they'll keep the Viper entrance. The shooting gallery nearby, will become a food stand which sells pizza, hotdogs, fries, and nachos.
Hurricane Harbor will have several food locations. They will have a small farmer's market-like area called the Pink Flamingo Cafe which will sell chicken, hotdogs, pizza, fries, and all that stuff. There will also be two dippin' dots locations and a drink kiosk. The theming is not 100% finalized yet, so no one's quite sure what it'll look like.
But what I know for sure is that the development is very much on schedule and the waterpark will be open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. They won't be open as late as the old coaster theme park will.

R.I.P. Splashwater Falls and Space Shuttle America. Deja Vu, enjoy Idaho.
Hear ye, hear ye: "After 45 years, Six Flags has stopped smoking."
Is there a link or something for this info? That sucks that there getting rid of the shooting gallery if this is true. Did you hear any thing about a relocation of the shooting gallery?
He pulled it out of his head. The Entrance between the two parks will be by Space Shuttle American and the Go Carts. (This was said many times before) Also you can not build an Entrance/Exit in SWT because it will cut right though the Road that maintenance uses. And unlike SUF where they were able to build the road to go around SUF. You can not do this for SFHH. And they need that access road for Viper and especially for the go carts as they need to bring gas to the go carts.
Okay, Just to clarify. I started the Parking garage rumor. And I didn't mean to. I never said they were gonna do it. I said it would save space! But, they would never do it because it would cost a lot, plus lots and lots more security.
People just took that and ran with it.
