Last year I waited till my first time I went. I brought the coke can so I got in for 24.99. Then I went and upgraded my ticket to a pass for $40. So in all it costed about $70 after taxes.
They always have discounts of some sort when the season starts, you just have to keep your eyes open.
Nothing happened of importance. They where very informative on HH, but they had no new info. The only thing that is importnant that is new is a much needed pain job on one of the coasters, they said their paintings haven't been finalized but this one ride will recieve one.

Whatever, I guess I'll just say that DejaVu is receiving new paint for 2005. Other rides(To be unnamed) are also going to receive new paint too.
Updated Hurricane Harbor info. will be released very soon. The park is still finishing up some plans.
If someone who did get to go could write a trip report or their perspective of the conference, it would be great. I would love to know what actually happened as I was unable to attend this year.
It was stated on Coasterbuzz by someone who went that SFGAm said that HH will be included with the park, but it was still undecided if season passholders from other parks would be able to get in. Again, this is coming from a post on Coasterbuzz so take it for what it's worth.

If they said that and its true, then they should remove the wooden deck because that is just out in the no where makes the scenery look cheap. In my opinion they should have a flat roof top so incase the rides gets stuck in that spot, then they can use the roof instead of the deck.
man what sucks is that I dont know if Im going to get a season pass this year or work there. Can anybody tell me that if I work there at SFGAm will Ill be able to get in SFHH? Because im also thinking of working at Gurnee but I want to work at rides.
No matter how hard it is...Never EVER give up. The real failure is those who dont try.
If you work at SfGam, one of your perks will be to experience the park you will work at almost every day, Six Flags Great America/Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. Whether SfHH will be seperate gated or not, you would still be able to visit both for free.
As people have stated. SFGAM refused to release any info about pricing. The Only thing they said is that Season Passes Prices Deal ends 01/19/05. The GM did say to check there web site in the next 2-3 weeks and you will be pleased.
