I believe it was over by Ragin' Cajun.... there was a blue sky whirl cage just... sitting up against a wall for no apparent reason... curious if anybody else noticed it?
Anybody know why it was there? THere werent any fright festy things inside of it either.... *shrug* It was just so odd to see one there...
