I have never been stuck on a ride before. I want to get stuck on Demon or Raging Bull. Deja Vu a little bit
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu

Getting stuck on Deja Vu, to me, would be perfect. :) I'd love to get stuck on any coaster.

Were you stuck in the brakes, or higher up?
I was stuck halfway up. It stopped right at the spot where it starts to pick up speed

two of my friends got stuck on DV...on the first lift. I somehow doubt that'd be too much fun.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
No, a count-up timer. It goes from one to explode.

I've never been stuck. I've only seen stuff get stuck.

Raging Bull- Someone threw-up

V2-Stuck between the station and the twisted tower(We were just about to get on it)

Deja Vu- Stuck on the second lift, I don't know but it looked like the people were having fun.

The only ride I've ever been stuck on (knock on wood) was King Cahos. (Is that how u spell it?) It happened 3 weeks ago when I was there. It started was about to come over the top and stopped for like 15 minutes. It was kind of fun though.

Getting stuck on rides can be annoying, but fun at the same time. It can especially be annoying if the park is going to close soon or you're leaving soon and you're desperate to ride a few other rides.

Remembered another one (another 3 actually), though it's technically rider Error, but I've been stuck upsidedown on several Chance Chaos's. As you may know, at the end of the ride after it stops spinning, there is a mechanism that rights the car and locks it in place, however there is a problem with the design, it knows up and down, but not the difference between the 2, so if the riders are rocking the car and it's past around 90-100 degrees when it starts the process, instead of righting the car, it forces, then locks the car completely and perfectly upsidedown. Luckily due to the weight of 2 riders on the OTSR's they are unable to unlock. I was stuck upsidedown on IB's twice, the first time (was the first time it ever happend in the park, I was known as one of the "Idiots that got themselves stuck upsidedown on Chaos" for that entire season((found that out when the Local ACE reps at the time were talking to tom spackman and he said that))) :)

Anyways, that first time myself and one friend was stuck upsidedown for around 15-20 minutes, second time at IB it was like 5 minutes at they then knew how to right the car quickly from the last time I'd done that. 3'rd time was at Circus Circus in Las Vegas, for maybe 10 minutes. I havent done that in a few years though, as the process for righting the car involves taking apart the end of the sweep, and manually forcing something into the lock to un lock the car and let it swing upright, it's time consuming, and I'm sure not the best thing for the mechanical parts of the ride (not to mention there is always the chance it can take a while, and that sort of headrush gets fairly unpleasant in a big hurry).

First time was hilarious though, all we did for the 20 or so minutes was wave to passing riders on the Action River, their reactions to seeing us stuck there upsidedown was priceless, we were cracking up. And all 3 times, I didnt get anything for my inconvience, though I suppose I'm lucky charges werent pressed in any case for violating rider responsibility rules, in Vegas I still think I should have at least been comped for a buffet or something though :)

Whizzer!
8th Grade band trip, we were stuck at the top for a good 20 mins, with a lightning storm coming. The funny part is that one of my friends that was with me, just happened to be on a roller coaster for the first time ever in his life! He didn't ride another coaster for the rest of the day :)

I've also been stuck on Adventure Express at PKI. It was on the second lift, in the tunnel. The ride stopped, and the tunnel lights and sound effects went off. It was pretty dark in there.

I also was boarding SUF at SFOG when it broke down. We sat there, and then they made us go back in line so they could test it.
Finally Coaster Season!!

I got stuck on the first lift on DV. It really wasn't too bad, though it wasn't a big deal either, we were brought back down within 5 minutes.

The time I got stuck on S:UF was at the very top of the lift. Only because they had a goal set to send out 30 trains at the end of the night so they were hitting really good intervals. Well they ended up dispatching us so fast that the other train hadn't yet cleared the block and we stopped at the top of the lift for about 10 seconds.

Alright, I won't eleborate too much but just tell you.

Raging Bull: Once on the lift hill, it get's pretty chilly up there.

V2: 3 times in total, and all in the same place. Inbetween the station and first spike.

Superman: Something went horribily wrong in the station. I was in the back right corner of the train and we stopped halfway out of the station. After about 15 minutes they lowered the cars out of the station and the 2nd train on the brake run but the last 3 rows were forced to stay in the "flying" position. Putting all stories aside we "flew" for about 40 minutes. For some stupid reason they evacuated the people in the front of the train (which was sitting down) before the back. Needless to say I was the last person off the train and collapsed right when I hit the ground (just like everyone else) due to the massive head rush I got when I hit the ground.

Deja Vu: Got a mispark, took 5 minutes.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad: Got stuck on the bottom of the lift while it was raining. Luckily we were in the back of the train and stayed dry. We were evacuated and later found out that the Power was out at Magic Kingdom. We had to take the ferry back to the hotel because the monorail was down due to lack of power.

I think thats it, I've been REALLY lucky this year and havn't been stuck once. Which is a big change from last year where I was stuck numerous times at SFGAm.

That's quite the accomplishment, since trim brakes are specifically designed not to stop a train.

i remeber i went on loggers run 7 times in a row, and on the seventh time the lifts/conveyer belts broke down 3 times. If the downtime isnt too bad, getting stuck is a good thing because they give u those front of the line passes for one ride

you only get an exit pass if you're stuck for more than 15 min. I think an hour gets you a free ticket to the park. I could be wrong on those figures as I got them when I was stuck on shockwave years ago.

Kings Island many moons ago -

The Beast - early in the day kind of overcast, and I got stuck on the lift hill almost to the top so the train was well above the tree tops. It was stuck due to a short power surge / outage - caused problems all over the park, other kids I was there with got stuck on the Vortex Lift hill. Worst part of this was that the wind was picking up like the was a thunderstorm coming. It created a ripple in the tree tops similar to the shockwaves you see in the movies when a really big bomb goes off. There was no rain though, only a lot of swaying on the lift hill. Ride started back up right as a ride op had finished climbing the hill to offer us ponchos ( great timing  )

Outer Limits: Flight of Fear (now known as Flight of Fear) - Stuck in the Brakes right before dropping into the corkscrew at the end. I guess these are called a Mid Course Brake Run - right? The only thing was that there were not platforms to either side of the train. you could see straight down to the floor. The ride stopped and the flood lights came on. A voice came over the loudspeakers in the building telling us that it would on be a minor delay. The cool thing was being able to now see the rest of the coaster and realizing how high up you were above the concrete floor. You could also see two large mirrored windows on one side of the room, one on top of the other. it looked like a two level control room. One of my friends yelled back about how it would be nice if they turned the music off while we were stuck, I guess they heard him because they did turn it off.

Side note - Do they still do the really cool outer limits opening while in line for this coaster, or did they get rid of it when they got rid of the name?
It's the most fun in the park when your laughing in the dark.
