Whats going on across the street???

While on some ride yesterday i saw earth be moved around on the other side of the freeway from SFGAM, does anyone know whats going to be built there now that SFGAM no longer is interested in the property??
At one point, the Grand Tri-State Business Park was supposed to build on that land, and then they realized that if they would sell the land to SF they would get a better deal. The plan was to build the Six Flags Entertainment Village. Anyway SF waited too long to build the village and was forced to sell the land to another business park called CenterPoint. That is what they are currently building.

It is becoming a Business park. So most likely warehouses and office buildings.
