The problem is that the people that could fix the queue system don't ride the rides (the people that make the big decisions) so they have no idea what is wrong.
Otherwise, they would have changed this already, fixed the BTR queue leading to the station (Please stand to left side of the tunnel if you want to ride rows 2-8!!!!!!!!!!!! I hear this over and over and over again.), changed the stations of D Vu, V2, Viper, and someone said Whizzer is bad. It shouldn't be that expensive just to put queues in.
And even though I don't like the AmE, I do think that the paint looks bad.
If you complain, they might do something about it.
