Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

well Timmy, if the IL work crews can't work while the ground is frozen, then I suggest GAm look into the OH work crews who seem to have no problem making progress during traditionally freezing points of the year.

also, those OH crews seem to be so on top of their job that they got most of the work done before the freezing temps hit the area.

Shockwave was put up with over 5 inches of snow on the ground.

They'll get the rides up in time people, just stop worrying and just wait.
This is where I would usually put stuff. Can't think of anything right now... =/

ROLF! I love your humourous use of linkage... it's like being hit over the head repeatedly... or maybe extreme sarcasm. I don't know, it just amused me!

please, I'm not trying to start a flame war. I was just trying to make my point. I don't want to make enemies here and fight with people. why don't we just drop this. there's no point in it anyway as GAm will do what they wish regardless and they have had an excellent history of getting their rides open no matter what time they start construction.

Yeah but those footers were put up before the ground froze, they were put up in early July as a fact.
You can do vertical construction when the ground is frozen.
