Season parking

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Some of you may already know this so i apologise if its old news, But if you have to process your pass at SFGAM and you already paid for it, and you want to add parking pay the FULL $65 at the booth(or at the gate), that way you don't end up in an hour long que for processing, I had to find this out the hard way as this was the first year I added parking. Several of us in line found this out after the fact and were pissed because all of us would have done so had they advertised it. The other line went through considerably faster because they didn't have to wait for the only two cashiers!

when you get a season parking pass, is it registered to one car, or can you use it on any car

they print the parking pass on your season pass itself, so it works in any car that you are physically in, weather you are driving it or not.

About 10 years ago they had the window stickers attached semi permanently on your car windshield (unless you stuck it on static cling plastic).

That is freaking ridiculous to park your car? I know a lot people that would simply turn away if they were greeted to that when they first arrive in. I mean when it was $5 that was fine but this is ridiculous especially with gas prices. And then you have to deal with the mess of leaving at night and that is quite the experience. But then again they are massively in debt and need to get out of it.

last weekend i noticed that they had a register under the hometown rail road bridge and later that day a person was ringing up parking passes...i see they are trying different approaches to things this year. :)
