i used to like the black, but i think that the yellow and purple make it sharp looking. Then again, like mentioned before, it doesn't really matter what color it is, it's still one of my favorite coasters...

I like it both ways, but I prefer yellow. When our Batman was still black, I was jealous that SFOT had a yellow Batman.

I liked it better black. I think the yellow kinda detracts from the whole Batmanny feel the ride used to have.

Its not black and yellow right now.

And to who said something about freshly painted gray rails....

B&M used to not paint the rails on their coasters ala Raging Bull.

So the original was just black with unpainted rails.

I know, I was saying I liked both.

I prefer it black. Seems more batmany. If there is going to be yellow it should be for supporting the black.

Well, yeah but scenery matters and rollercoasters are a part of the scenery whether you like it or not.

for a few posts up...

It is SFMM that has the gray batman, it helps with maintenance.

At first, I thought I liked the black, when the yellow was first put in, but now I like the yellow.

Personally, to tell you all the truth, Yellow~because, it makes seem more of an exciting ride, like first thing u look wehn u seen it black it reminds u like oh, that looks like a horrible and rough looking ride, but now think about it, with a new color it doesnt make it seem more menacing , and so more people eatch year, will go on this, if you're understanding this please tell me.

I like the Black color for Batman much better than yellow.
The batmobile is black so the ride should be,!!
As in Batman Returns, when Bruce Wayne sees what is to become the Batmobile he asks, Does this come in back??
He would ask the same thing about his roller coaster(lol)!!

I liked it black better. One of my personal reasons is because at night or at coasters after dark, or at FF around 11, you could hardly see the track and that made it cool. (even though i know how the track goes  )

I really like SFNO's ride paint. That in my opinion would be the best, but I still like Yellow more. Granted, I didn't when I started, but the yellow paint really sticks out. Unless i'm on Sky Trek and I look at all 3 of them together (V2, BTR, RC) I don't really notice or care that they're all yellow coasters.

hi im new to this site and stuff but anyway...i prefer yellow because it looks a lot better because it just looked like crap black will all the chipped paint but also because it somehow seems more intimidating this way. i have no idea why...but thats the way it is. lol.

okay i'm new here too, but i think the yellow makes it look more tangled and disorienting it also reminds me of the 60's batman...the black fit better with the newer batman movies though. idk the black was a little bit blah it needed something...

Yeah yellow makes it look more fresh and smooth.

But the black looked more mysterious (kind of like Batman's character/personality).
