2. More family oriented see this topic for more on what Shapiro thinks.
3. To ride Deja Vu or V2 etc you will need to have to be in good health in order to be able to ride. If you have had recent surgery/serious injury it is highly advised not to ride.
$95 is the equivalent of around 2 visits to the park. It's not expensive at all. No, just because you are skinny, you will not have trouble riding rides.

My little brother is 12 and weighs about 100 lbs and his friend was even lighter and both rode with me on V2 and had no problem. However, I wouldn't let them ride on Deja Vu so I don't know about that one.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
Ok, On Vu, they have the orange seat belt that goes around your waist to hold your lower body in, you want that tight if you are afraid of falling out. Then the green harnesses, which are like BTR's but Vekoma style, but are they safe, I dont know, they are Vekoma. Though no one has gotten hurt yet from them, they seem rather safe, they have click lock along with the belt to keep it from flying up incase it does fail.
On V2, it is simple, they have a harness that snugs your legs to the seat, it is air-lock, so it can be locked at any position, these too have the seat belt to keep it from flying open (it is a standard for OTSRs). The left seat is deeper than the right seat so the bigger people can get in it better.
You should be fine on both, as long as you taller than the height minimum (54" on both) and shorter than the height maximum (76" on Vu and 80" on V2).
