RCT Ride Help Topic

I made this topic if you need any help with different rides on RCT3. I have a bit of a problem myself. Whne I make a rotodrop, guest go on it and don't get off. They just keep on re-riding it! Is there anyway to fix this?

idk but i have that same exact problem! i usually just pause it andput it in test mode and then open it and then hit play again and the people waiting in line wont leave

I got the same issue on the double decker, Hershey kiss tower and single deck observation tower. I believe there was suppose to be an official fix for this but due to legal struggles with Chris it never came to fruition.

^Same here. It happens with all the towers except the launching tower I don't believe it happens but I'm not sure.

I can't even get my RCT3 Gold to work on my comp.

and best buy doesn't allow returns on computer software :evil:

I had the same problems on my rotodrop and observation tower. People got on and wouldn't leave. Somehow I fixed it by changing the minimal waiting time by either enabling it or increasing the time. Hope it helps!

Does RCT3 work on Macs?

^ They have a Mac Version at the Apple Store.

If a game does not say Mac on it, then no, it won't.

It's like buying a ps3 game and trying to play it on PC, nope, it ain't gonna work.

Most games are made for Windows, so Mac users are pretty much screwed.

^To be honest, RCT3 doesnt really have crap for outside sources. You could search for patches and things, but as far as downloads go... not much. The most you'll probably find are cheats and glitches. Some glitches are really cool like the dual station glitch (my favorite) and the tunnel glitch for RCT3 w/o soaked.

I'm having trouble putting up billboards with custom images. What file does it take them from? I'm running Vista.

^I'm running on vista too and I can't figure out how to make billboards either. I go to Start- Computer- OS(C:)- Program Files- Atari- then I'm not sure which file it goes in. Also, about the tower problems like they won't leave, I'm still having it even when I changed the ride's wait times.

I found a way on fixing billboards. It seems risky, but really isn't. There's a video too.

So then you go to My Pictures then add the photos you want to that new folder in there and it will work? Awesome! Thanks for finiding that it really helped.
