This is a park project i'm starting on RCT2. As you may have guessed,it's called Thunder Valley and features its star ride Thunder vs. Lightning. Its a wooden racer coaster that goes through a valley on the side of the park.

I'll get screen shots up sometime either tommorow or by the weekend.

Alrighty then. I'll try to get screen shots up every week or so. Right now there's not too much in the park, but there's two coasters (technicaly three  )

Here's the entrance/ticket plaza

Image

Image

IF we go to the right side of the entrance we go into ............. no name yet  And we have the twister ride RED TWISTER and a SWEET SHOPPE (not from gam)

Image

And now for the first coaster ever built in the park. A wooden racer called THUNDER VS. LIGHTNING!!!!!! An extemely long racer that actualy takes place in a valley (hard to see the valley in the screens but it's there). With the combined lengths of both coasters, its a mind boggling 14,784 feet!
Image

And they're off! Out of the station....
Image

Around a corner and into the first set of bunny hills and onto the lift hill...
Image

some seconds later.....

They're at the top of the lift going around the curve...
Image

Down the drop! Let the racing begin!!!!!
Image

Lightnings pullin ahead
Image

Lightining is soo far ahead, you cant see it, it's at the block already!
Image

Onto the second lift hill, Thunder's back in the race
Image

The next racing element, still very close
Image

Some variation air time hills with Thunder still right behind lightning
Image

They go around a corner, there's not much time left!!!!!
Image

ONe final turn entering the last leg of the race......
Image

The last few bunny hills!!!! WHO WILL IT BE?!?!?!?!?!
Image

And it's LIGHTNING by a car!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man that was close..............
Image

That was fun. Now if we go to the other side of the park, we'll find a coaster called........
Image

And now for some random pictures of it

Image

Image

Image

Image

And the full view of EAGLE
Image

Finally, the full view of LIGHTNING VS. THUNDER
Image

Soooo, how is it? Comments, questions, suggestions??? Anything will work
:D

Dammit! My money was on thunder....

I dig it.

Funny I was actually going to post my park named "Golden Valley."

Anyways...
You've got the basic idea, custom everything. But, you're buildings and stations can't be so blocky and normal. When I say blocky, I literaly mean, you could make those with building blocks. It can really look good if you don't make you're stations and buildings semectrical (sp?), and it adds variety to your park.

Also, don't group so many of the same types of trees together. What I do is I just randomly click three types of trees throughout the area, so it looks like a forest. I suggest adding a normal pine tree to the two you've already been using.

I like everything about your two coasters, except for the first drop of Thunder v.s. Lighting. It's also really really nice that you have the two coasters seperated, and that is a very very realistic thing. Just be sure to add some flats, A LOT of them.

Use some of those hints, and your park will look amazing.

Sorry it's been so long, but heres an update.

Now, for some reason, they terrain in the park got screwed up. i tried to make just random hills, but instead i got a big monstrosity of like a mine thingy. Anyway, there was no way to put anything else in there except a coaster, so i did! Here's FLAMETHROWER. A custom florless with 1800 riders and hour....

(Oh, and some other stuff i added in this section next to EAGLE)
Image

Heres the lift and some other endy stuff,
Image

This is the main section of the coaster, i think its very realistic in size and design,
Image

When we get over here, i think RCTwizard will hate me, but whaterver. There was a big area of nothingnes. i mean HUGE. The path i had was already winding around flamethrower and i didnt want to change it. So, i put in another coaster. This is NITRO, another custom but its a hyper twister,
Image

THe top of the lift with its height markings,
Image

The first element after the drop, simple, but fun,
Image

Ah screw it, heres the whole track. Along with a very nice award i got, if you cant read it, it say "YOU"VE JUST RECIEVED AN AWARD FOR THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PARK IN THE COUNTRY!"
Image

Back to the other side of the park, we have some racing go kart tracks! (haha, racing inside of racing) Anyway, its called Thunder and Lightning Raceway................ :? :D
Image

Another shot of the track, oh yeah, it goes underwater
Image

next is De Ja Vu, and an enterprise flat called STARBURST
Image

Finally, a final overview of the whole park. I"M HALF WAY DONE!!!!!!!!!!!
Image

Now, please nobody nag on me about how many coasters there are already. (unless thats a good thing :D ) But other than that, comments, questions, concerns, or suggestions are most welcome and asked for.

I think you may want the flamethrower ride and hyper twister ride to have different track colors.
