how do you make it so a roller coaster in rct2 can start one way (like say it's an inverted roller coaster) and have parts that are from a different type of roller coaster? Does anyone know what I am talking about?

You are talking about track merging, I explained how to do this in a previous post.

danhockey, I read your post and even printed it out. It is confusing. so I have a few questions:

what do you mean when you say that each number is 10 ft.

which track to you adjust: the main track or the merging track?

and when you say to click the height adjustment and color scheme what do you mean by color scheme.

1. When you are in the trainer, it says raise/lower and newt to it is a box. Inside the box is numbers 1, 2, 3... and -1, -2 ,-3... those are equivalent to 10, 20, 30..., respectively, feet up for positive and down negative.

2. You raise/lower the merging track.

3. The color scheme is the color scheme number. Go to the paint and change the track you want to merge into a different color scheme number and paint it with that number. Then go to that coaster in the trainer and select that color scheme number you want to raise or lower.

OK i did that and had a problem. When I had the main track at 20 feet and had the merging track at 0 feet, I raised the merging track 2. The problem was that the merging track went 20 feet higher than the main track. Then I lowered it 20 feet and the merging track went 5 feet lower. Did I do it right or did I mess up somehow?
