Talk about RCT 2, RCT, No Limits, Hyper Rails, Scream Machines or any other Rollercoaster related game here.
I am trying to convert music to put on RCT. How do I convert a song off of a cd to a wav file?

RCT1 or 2? And is it ripped off the CD yet, or no?

You can use Windows Media Player to get the song from the CD, if you haven't done so already, but I'm not sure of a way to convert it to a WAV file.

Sound Recorder is good for converting, I use it for when I'm converting for RCT1... I'm not sure about the file format requirements, but you can find Sound Recorder in Start->Programs->Accessories->Entertainment . You can then change the format by going to File->Properties->Convert Now .

Good suggestion but it costs money doesn't it?
You see I like the cubs and the white sox. If it came down to the world series I'd pick the cubs.

It can... yes and... no
Candy: What you lookin' at? Otis B. Driftwood: I'm lookin' at you, mama. Candy: Yeah, you see something you like? Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.
