Frightfest 2010 closing weekend 10/30 and 10/31

Let us know how your day at the park was.

Well no one made a topic on the last weekend of Frightfest 2010, so I guess I will.

The last weekend sooooooooo busy. It was without a doubt the busiest and worst day Ive ever been to at SFGAm. Wait for all the coasters were at least an hour to 3 hours! I wanted my last day of the season to go great but it was so packed! I was at the park 6 hours and managed to go on only 2 rides! And they weren't even coasters!! :x I rode triple play for the first time and then only managed to ride Terror Twister later that night. Terror Twister as usual was great! :) It was impossible to ride any coaster without waiting at least an hour-3 hours. Raging Bull had a 3 hour wait. It was so bad that the line extended out of the queue area all the way back to the basketball area next to Bull. We waited only 15 min and decided to leave because that would of been the only coaster we would have ridden that night. we got in line for TT2 but had to wait a good 30 min for that. It went kinda quick. We did manage to ride it though thankfully. We got in line for Viper but the line really never moved. We only moved a good 30 feet then left. Even the flash pass riders left because they had to wait a good 20-25 min because of the long lines. A bunch of people kept on leaving the regular line so that made us hope we could get closer. Nope. We rarely moved. We left that ride too. We waited for The Black Widow aka Eagle, 20 minutes and left because the line extended all the way back to wiggles world! I havent seen that in about 4 years! Iron Wolf had at least a 1 hour wait, and you can usually tell how busy the park is just by how long the wait for Wolf is. The swamp thing aka Whizzer had a long wait too that extended outside of the queue area into the park. :( Superman also had a line that extanded out of the queue area into the park almost by Rule le Morgue. Batman had a wait of over an hour. The line again, also extended out of the queue. We definitely did not get into those lines either. V2 was obviously closed lol. The river rocker line was packed too. Again, the line for that extended far out next to the snack area between river rocker and the giant stage for concerts. Demon's line extended far into the park so we didn't even wait for that. That was at least a 90 minute wait. I didn't even get a funnel cake sundae because all the places to get one were packed. Everything was packed. I guess the only good part of the day was we went in Necropolis 3 times. Once during the day then twice at night. :D

Man and getting out of the parking lot was a NIGHTMARE! :o  :x I turned on my car and got in a line to get out of the lot but that didn't even budge really at all. I waited a good 15 minutes to get out but only moved at most 10 feet! I ended up parking in a spot near me to save gas and waited till the really really really long lines died down. Honestly that was almost an hour!! I took a 10 min nap though. :? I really hope they improve the parking lot situation because Im not gonna wait a long long time just to get out of a parking lot. Screw that!

All in all that was the worst day at SFGAm ever! Without a doubt the worst. Now I know to avoid the last week of Frightfest!! Anyone else annoyed that day?? 2 flat rides ridden in a matter of 6 hours and no coasters at all. Im still a little annoyed about that day. What a terrible way to end Frightfest.

Wait...did you end up going the 29th? U went twice? The park was only open 6 hours. But yeah, does anyone have the slightest clue/idea or answer as to why the park was sooooooooooooooooo unusually crowded that last weekend??
