Last Night during the evening rush hour in Minneapolis MN, A bridge collapsed over the Mississippi River plunging at least 50 cars into the water below.
4 People are confirmed dead with at least 70 injured. The NTSB has arrived on the scene and a recent video tape of the collapse of the bridge has also surfaced on various media sites.
Also the NTSB has stated that a 2005 study found bridge "structurally deficient"
