How do you get videos onto the ipod using quicktime pro. We tried calling support but it hasnt been helping.

Alright ditch Quicktime Pro right now.
Google Xilisoft iPod Converter, or anything involving that.
Download with Xilisoft Video Converter.
(Note, this only converts 5 minutes of video)
To use it, open the video you want in the converter, then it will save it, resave it to a different location, then open it up in iTunes.

I have a question abou my nano now.
My computer is only windows 98 so I cant use itunes, but is there any other way of downloading music onto it that is already on my computer?

You have to use Itunes. You have no choice.

You don't have to use iTunes, there are programs that will get around it and allow you to even use winamp playlists and such on your iPod.

to play a video on your ipod it has to be in .mp4 format
