honestly, you can google it. I believe it depends on the type of phone and service provider.

yeah really how do you give yourself a half for "thinking" about going on a ride. 1/2 credit is used when the ride breaks when you're on it and you have to get evac'ed.

I hope the FCC is monitoring this convo, because "hacking" cell phone numbers is called "Slamming" and you could face a $15,000 fine and upto 5 years in prison.

Your friends might not, but there cellular carrier will. Remember that when you have a cell phone, the service is property of the perspective company, any tampering with there service and you can bet your ass you'll get charges pressed.
