How is it fair to say."This ride's harness malfunctioned. there for the manager is charged with MURDER" its wrong and i hope that the themepark manager WINS the case and owes nothing

I agree with you, they shouldn't be charged because of a ride harness, its not they're fault. i think that if something HAS to happen it would be something like getting new/better harnesses so that doesnt happen again.
