Your an idiot...... when you have 1 airplane transporting 500 people there is an extremly small chance that that plane will crash, but now when you take those 500 people, split them up, and put them on two different planes, the chances of one of those two planes going down is far greater than if you just had the whole crowd on one plane.
Im'm not pro airbus, or boeing. I'm just pro-common sense (try it sometime).
Im sure if the A380 "was a flying deathtrap" it wouldnt be on the market, think about it.
Ok, calling someone an idiot is taking things a little personal isn't it?
The chances of an A380 crashing is greater. The bigger the jet, the
more chance of a problem happening. I believe that Airbus rushed into
designing this crap plane and there will be more problems with this jet and
the greater chance of an A380 going down.
You know, I love Boeing and I am Anti-Airbus, but I'm willing to admit
that yeah, the 747 has had problems in the past and they have crashed,
but Boeing took a lot of time and money to make this better and not to
rush it into service, but with Boeings great record, I'd rather fly on a
747 than on an A380.
According to Yahoo News, who's source was Reuters, stated that the
A380 is Over budget and Over weight. That thing will be a pain to fly.
You'll never get that jet into O'Hare, LAX (Los Angeles International for those of you who don't know those terms) and JFK (New York) It'll
cost more $$ than airlines think. You have to reconfigure the runways,
rebuild your terminals, cause you have to have 2 levels for boarding. The US's biggest
airlines, United and American, would never buy these crap jets. Why
spent a ton of money for a jet that can't fit in any US airport, when you
can spend less and buy more 747's, and even the new 7E7.
Now, some of you might wonder how I come up with this. To let you
know, I have great knowledge in the Aviation World, and I have been
keeping up with all of this for a long time. Come on, I've even tried
to get a job with Boeing, so I know what I'm talking about.
Before I end my say, if you want to debate me about this, feel free to
IM me. I'll be more than happy to debate the issue of the A380 with you.
Also, Timmy179, calling people idiots is a very childish thing to say. Just
because you disagree doesn't mean you have to call people idiots. I
could call you an idiot for what you said, but I'm going to be an adult
and not stoop to calling people idiots.
I do repect all of your opinions for those of you who like the A380, but
I'm a die hard Boeing fan, so please respect our opinions!
Thanks!
