My scholl has had one snowday in 45 years. And it wasn't even for snow, it's because they didn't want us waiting outside in -50 weather. I wasn't even alive so...Needless to say, no snowday for me.
Guess I didn't know we got down to -50 degress outside. I remember having to come inside for extreme cold before and not being able to have recess, but never getting off of school for it.

Man I was happy when all the snow from the storm a few weeks ago melted this weekend, and now I'm really pissed that we have like 2 dainty little inches on the ground that won't go away. And it keeps snowing lightly!!!

I was watching the weather report today and the guy said we've had 16 or 18 days without snow (at least here in Grand Rapids). everyone off camera was joking around about how it was such a horrible thing that we haven't had to shovel for over two weeks.
