Most of these albums I like very much, yet there are a few I'm not very proud of. NOTE: Sorry about how odd this post comes off. I made this list for my profile and instead of listing bands I just pasted this in here.
Favorite current song: Take Me Out(Franz Ferdinand) Gotta love it.
Least favorite current song: Over and Over(Nelly and Tim McGraw) This song sucks. Whenever it comes on I turn the radio station. I just want to fall asleep to it.

"I get to go to lots of overseas places, like Canada." -Britney Spears
I like almost anything. Some of my favorites are Ryan Cabrera, Simple Plan, Linkin Park, System of a Down, Offspring, Ashlee Simpson, Jesse McCartney, Eminem, McFly, Beatles...
5-7 servings of Dashboard Confessional every day
3-4 servings of Ben Harper (If you haven't heard of him, great singer and guitarist)
3-4 servings of Dave Matthews Band (If you don't like them, you're crazy)
2-3 servings of Incubus (Went to a concert this summer, all i can say is AMAZING!")
And then sparingly, people like Phantom Planet, Howie Day, Jet, Third Eye Blind, all kinds of classic rock, Ryan Cabrera (some), and very, very, VERY rarely, rap.
Sorry for my ranting
'' If u commited suicide, u wouldn't be here anymore'' - Gangsta Fruit
I went to the November Incubus concert at NIU, it was good.
Anyways, most all of my music is what I can find on bit torrent or what my friends let me burn. It's horrible to say but paying so much just to give to the record industry isnt right. The money should go to the artists.

Yeah I used to listen to Dashboard Confessional and then it got really boring. Not to crack on you for listening to them or anything, but most songs have like verse/courus/verse/courus and then he goes into some crying "my hands are numb wa wa" outro. I just needed something different.
Oh sorry for my ranting also...
The Beatles were and are the best band to ever walk this planet.
The next best would be Cake, Franz Ferdinand, Modest Mouse, and anyone that produces good ska music, like Reel Big Fish and Save Ferris.
Thats the mainstream stuff I like, otherwise I probably have the most eclectic interest in music. Lets just say I'm listening to a broadway musical soundtrack right now, and my radio is tuned to 99.5.
What you don't understand you can make mean anything.
Its sad that Modest Mouse has hit mainstream cos they were pure indie rock before. I tell people I like Modest Mouse and they'll say "I hate them" and the only song they have heard is "Float On". Fortunately thats not Modest Mouse's best song by a mile.
Oh god the Gorillaz...Wow. Ok well the lead singer of that band is Damon Albarn, who is the lead singer of Blur, one of my favorite bands. I think to really appreciate Gorillaz you have to appreciate Blur because that cd has only about 3 rap songs and the rest are Albarn/electronic tracks. I think theyre great.

I like pretty much all rock. lately I've been getting into the harder stuff (Slipknot), but I'm also going backwards towards my more alternative roots (Kill Hannah). I usually like to mix it up within all the subgenres of rock, but I default to the hard stuff.
and now to counter all that, I just got tickets to the Dear Friends Final Fantasy concert which is all orchestral.
I don't have a detonator; its on a timer.
A countdown timer?
