Wouldn't it be Batman? As far as I remember, there are no TV's from the "Gotham City Park" entrance until the station. Then again I'm probably completly wrong :P

(Correct me if I'm wrong) Before Batman was Iron Wolf and that had TVs in the queue

Batman: The Ride has TV's in the Queue, when the ride first opened the lines extended into what now is Mardi Gras, while walking towards the Covered Bridge to Yankee Harbor, notice the over grown switchback area with the TV's and stuff on the Right side if walking towards the bridge into Yankee Harbor.
