I think he's sending flames your way for reviving a long dead thread for the extremely pointless statement that a certain coaster is overrated while offering nothing of value what so ever and not even on topic.

Don't get me wrong, but I don't think you realize Intamin's reputation. I bet Six Flags will NOT be buying from Intamin anytime soon as they do not see eye-to-eye. Remember Superman tower of power incident? Yeah.....Six Flags sued Intamin for that. Sure, I like Intamin too, some rides are pretty cool, but Six Flags won't be buying from them so don't count on seeing another one at GAm.
Simple google search, i know it wikipedia, but it's pretty accurate.
If I Were to Decide (I Know Scary Right?) I'd have a Blue Fire like Coaster from Mack added where Ragin Cajun is and go along the side perimeter of the park.
I'll say it again for no real reason. I really liked Maverick my first few rides, but the thrill wore off fast for me. It isn't nearly as timeless as Magnum. I could ride Magnum all day and not loose interest. Maverick looses my attention after the 2nd ride. I'm not saying it isn't a good ride, but I do feel it is a bit overrated.

I hate that POS.
I agree 1000% Mike.

I'm all for a Maverick type ride. Better yet anything with good capacity. If anything that is what this park needs and a ride like Maverick with its 6 trains and 12 passangers per train sounds like a great capacity solver!
Also I don't know if this has already been covered on one of the forums already but had anyone noticed the pink flags tied to the fences around Demon? Not to mention one was even tied to one of the supports under the brake run. NOT JOKING. Could the Demon be reaching it's end of life at SFGAm?
Thinking about how much Raceway has been closed the past several years and considering its operating cost/throughput ratio (certainly did not help DejaVu) combined with the fact that it wraps around Splashwater Falls former site, and also taking into consideration they could get rid of the gas tanks in the middle of the park, it wouldn't surprise me to see it removed or just sit there unused until that area is developed.
