I was thinking that they might be for the foundation for Maxx Force's footers, but then again they could be for anything. Sorry that I couldn't get any pictures though.

I did not see this personally but I believe Revcon Construction is on site drilling the caissons for the ride foundations. Those steel tubes would be the liners for the caissons they are drilling and pouring

If I'm right I think they are planning to open before Memorial Day. Look at X Flight for example, construction started early and opened about a week or two from Memorial Day.
Lightning Rod is finally open! Oh wait it closed.

Top 10: 1. Steel Vengeance 2. El Toro 3. Maverick 4. Mako 5. Boulder Dash 6. Nitro 7. Goliath SFGAM 8. Iron Rattler 9. Medusa Steel Coaster 10. Superman The Ride

Doubt it. When's the last time Great America opened a new ride before Memorial Day weekend?

X-Flight opened May 16th. I have no doubt Maxx Force will open over Memorial Day weekend.

Well of course we all want it to open before that I just don’t see it happening.

I am sure if you buy a Maxx Force shirt or a diamond elite member you will get to ride it before.

If it’s anything like what they did for MGH then these are my guesses of when be the preview days and public opening will be.
May 21st: T-shirt preview
May 22nd: Platinum, Diamond and Diamond Elite members preview
May 23rd: All members preview
May 24th: Season pass preview
May 25th: Public opening

JiggidyNDG posted some new pictures! Here's one of them! Looks like they removed a section of Whizzer, possibly for the construction cranes to move in and out of there!

Construction has really seemed to kick into high gear. Trench for launch looks done and they are now assembling rebar and drilling for supports. Goal most likely is to have all supports dug and poured before end of November and the ground freezes.

I'm impressed with the park and the amount of work they've gotten done already!

As of yesterday No
Site basically remains the same as it did when the announcement was made. Survey markers are up and land clearing has been done but really nothing else. Yesterday some new construction walls are up and some of the midways have been blocked off now that fright fest is over so I imagine it’s going too kick into high gear now.

Probably take out superman. I just realized Batman isn't on there either.
I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my park get a RMC Trex, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will double post on this forum.

I think that's Batman right by Sky Trek Tower, but I agree with getting Superman out of there. It's bad enough I have to see it when I'm at the park. No need to rub it in with the banner. ;-)
