When you scroll down to the bottom of the forum page, you can see everyone who is online. Well who is all those google[bots] and yahoo[bots] and things like that. And what do they do?

They are automated programs used by Google and Yahoo to collect information for their search engines.

Unless they are overusing theforum, and slowing it down, they are not a concern. You want them there to keep your Google links up to date etc.
