Ill let you be the judge!!!http://groups.msn.com/SFGAM2003Construction/sfgam2003.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=65http://groups.msn.com/SFGAM2003Construction/sfgam2003.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=57That looks like a footer to me !!! Now if it is a footer that means i think SFGAM might be getting an ORIGINAL coaster :) That would be nice but i'm not getting my hopes up. I'm Happy with any NEW coaster !!!

Is there anything else beside the lift hill and station? Or are we assuming its a clone because it makes a right turn out of the station.

If that is a footer on that support i think it might be a big clue that its not casue its pretty far from the lift!

That does look like a footer. I'm not going to get my hopes up yet. The support is just way too far from the lift.

I think its too far away to be a clone!!!! It could be Original :) It could be named SuperMan Last Flight :)

If this is gonna be original this will be awesome. Every B&M at SFGAm is original, except for BTR, but of course they got it first.

As I told someone already, I said I want to believe its a footer, but the photos are not clear enough, therefore it is inconclusive. I really am clueless on how big supports should look, and that stuff, either. If it is a footer, awesome. That would mean we would be the co-first with 4 B&Ms, and the first with 4 custom made B&Ms.However, as much as I'd like to believe it's a footer, I'm doubting it is. I've heard that they are just staging that support there to throw people off. If thats true, it wouldn't be too hard to wrap something around the base of it, either.

Its hard to tell if there is a footer by those pics you need to get closer. I hope this is an origonal, but Superman at Six Flags Over Georgia has a pretty cool layout too! I think it will be really cool no matter what it is.

That'd be awesome if it's original... However I would at least hope it would have a pretzel loop... Or maybe some new inversion!!! :D

Look at all the other footers to this ride compared to that so called footer. They are all round and have steel around them. I don't think that looks like a footer at all.

Yea I don't think it is either. But how could the support stand up like that without being bolted to the ground??

If you look on any s:uf pic of the ride you will see that the footers are not in a cirlcle on the once in the station.

Is the ride going to be open for opening day? I know the one at SFGAdv will not be, it is projected to almost be 2 weeks later than the park.

Yeah, yeah that's right. My bad guys, I wasn't thinking. Good to know it will be open for opening day. I remember a conversation about the tickets to the park before the actual opening day to the public just to get an early ride on S:UF.

I would agree that theres a posibility that it will but there are always things that can happen from now and than that could delay the opening. And also just cause its a B&M doesnt mean that some bugs wont have to be fixed!! I would bet that its going to be close but i dont know about a definatley
