It will most likely be a clone, the way the supports and track look. The only different thing is that one solo support. I also saw on a site a layout of what the flyer would look like, and it was way different than the original SUF. That was a rumor, so this is gonna be a clone probably.

It will turn towards the parking lot if the solo support is for the pretzel.http://groups.msn.com/SFGAM2003Construc ... toID=24the picture shows that after the lift hill the drop will turn right towards the solo support where the pretzel will be, just like the one in georgia.

I also heard that the solo support is not bolted in the ground and it is just standing there. But they also have a bunch of other supports assembled right next to the standing up support so it really doesn't make sense. I'm pretty sure it will be a clone.

There's been too many rumors about it... It's too hard to believe any rumors, especially when someone you don't even know is telling you them. We'll just have to wait for the announcement which will hopefully be soon!

There has been WAY too many rumors about this indeed... Now I have no idea which one to believe, or maybe I just won't believe any of them until the announcement comes.

Im with you amber im sick of all the rumors, I say we just wait till we hear the announcement to talk about it not being a clone!! I would bet that it is going to be a clone so SF saves money not having to pay for design and 3/4 of the people dont care what it is. I personally dont care, I would like a new ride BUT...... Its new, and will be better than Shockwave!!! SO we have a Win Win situation here.

I have seen a layout for a flier on another website that was unique. They claimed it was SFGAm's. I doubt it, myself, and fully expect a clone. If it were different, it would be a nice surprise, but I don't care what it is as long as I can ride it.

Well we can barely see into the park and we don't know exactly what they're doing. I personally think that it will be a clone just because SF has a reputation for doing that, but it does cross my mind that it won't be because SFGAm only has the firsts of coaster clones, other than V2, and Deja Vu was put in the same year as the others, so they are all clones of each other. We'll just have to wait and see.

I was thinking about this for a while and just thought I would share it with you. OK, why would SFGAdv get a clone while we get a costum design. But what if Six Flags gave SFGAM a costum design in return for Shockwave. They can pass Shockwave off as new at another park and get 2 knew coasters for the price of one. If it was a clone why wouldn't they announce it when GAdv did. SFOT, SFMM, and SFGAdv all announced their attractions so why not us?

I'm pretty sure GAm was getting the flyer before Shockwave was removed. Remember it was supposed to go in Whizzer spot, where the S:UF at SFoG was supposed to go in the first place. It was designed to fit Whizzer's landscaping.

I'm at about 90% that it's going to be a clone. That solo support is just confussing me so much. I really don't know if they could have just said "allright, we're taking down shockwave, now let's make this flyer bigger" in the amount of time that they decided to take down shockwave and started to recieve track. I'm pretty sure it will be a clone though.
