Poster Re-creation

Here's a recreation of an opening-year poster. The Bugs Bunny illustration came from a scanned media kit and was cleaned up substantially to be HD quality. I also changed it to Six Flags, just for fun. If you're in the Gurnee area, the Warren Newport Public Library has a fantastic file folder full of GAm ephemera!

Does the library have old Great America maps from the 70's? If not maps, what other kind of Great America goodies do they have?

I dont remember seeing any maps, but they did have a lot of flyers. There's an opening day invitation card, lots of press photos, an illustrated guidebook, and newspaper clippings. most of it is from when they were transitioning to Six Flags, but its a great time capsule.
