I like the shirt design. I think it looks great. Definitely retro.

That's what I was thinking! It reminded me of your idea for a movie promo poster!

Meh it's a soft "ok" but I would love something more clean and modern and not so busy. Or maybe like all-over print shirts in the style of a racing jacket or something.

I'm all about a clean design with just the Maxx Force logo on a t-shirt.
I also hope to see variations on a theme: an 80s synthwave version of the shirt would be great. A modern interpretation as well.

This reminds me of a lot of other shirt designs the park has made. Like these:

They say there isn't a spot in the park where rusting metal or peeling paint is at least 15 feet away from you.

A fence is now up surrounding all of Maxx by the HH path and around the Whizzer side.

Chain link. Because it's not right by the walkway it shouldn't matter if it's nice looking or not.Image

They should add barb wire and armed guards to prevent idiots from trying to retrieve hats and phones. Safety first!

Maybe a moat with alligators or perhaps sharks with friggin' lazers on their head. Can they do that?

Damn, where's an East German engineer when you need one? Those guys knew how to build walls.

i've been thinking about this since yesterday! maybe when Buccaneer Battle is relocated to Magic Waters, they can retheme the ride to "Friggin' Sharks with Lazers on their Head Battle" 8)

There is some elevation to the element, but it is utilitarian in nature.
If there is airtime on Maxx Force it will come in unexpected places.
*Bear in mind that Maxx Force is **NOT** about the airtime in general*

Yep, pretty much all steel coasters (without a base frame of course), are attached to the foundation with grout, wanna say it's pretty much always been like that. Some rides, especially gerstlauer use pure pocket footers which have no bolts at all, just grout, during construction, supports and the ride in general is held in place with wooden wedges until steelwork is complete.

Also, the videos of Maxx show the barrel roll going over the train. But in all the photo's I've seen posted here it appears the barrel roll will NOT go over the train. What does everyone else see?

Maxx Force moved out of the shed into the station and at one point went part the station a little bit toward the train bridge. I t look like it was about to the point of where the catch is going to attach to the train. After that they removed it out of the station and back into the shed. There was at least one car with a water dummy on it, so testing should start very soon.
My video for the last week is now up on You Tube @: https://youtu.be/RzNdFv-Wzc4

Just as I stopped recording the worker did mention that they will be adding more merchandise and that where the Maxx Force poster was would be the exit for the ride.

I’m bein very sarcastic & b*tcy I’m well aware. I understand it’s updated, renovated - all of that. It’s just a lot of lcrap in that store. Like another shop with a wall of candy? Right now it just looks very basic while we were bein told it was a Maxx Force gift shop. To be honest, I think it’s too big for a ride exit shop. It was made to be a park shop. But you’re right, they could still add things. The ride isn’t even open so they have plenty of time to “Maxx it up”.
