Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Cartoon Cabin got a new sign. I don't know if I'm a fan of it.

^Well, a bunch of other parks posted the exact same picture with the exact same message, so... A package of B&M Floorlesses!

I was in traffic (Near Chicago-ish) and saw a billboard for Six Flags Over Georgia. Yay.

A while back, someone (sorry I don't know who did) posted a picture of purple supports by Superman. It's very unlikely, but could we be seeing a Bizarro themed free fly? They could put it by Superman. If they had to get rid of an attraction for it, if say the bumper cars.

Those were posts for the new lights in the parking lot and they were purple because of the wrapping.

False. The supports weren't that tall, they were for the Grand Finale parade at the end of the night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No those were the supports for the lights over by superman. It's hard to tell in this picture but the supports have the purple and green wrapping.

Yes, they were added separately. And as far as I could tell, they're solar!
Also, surprised nobody posted this yet, but Giant Drop got it's logo painted on a rock next to the entrance:

They have started to play THE FLASH trivia. Side Note: Wasn't it about this time that they started doing Justice League Trivia?

Sorry to double post, and it's not really park news, but I reached 100 laps on Viper! Might try for the record, if there is one, or if anyone knows.

So, my 2016 cup was deformed, and I just decided to use it anyways. When I went to the coke stand in Hometown Square, a lady threw out my old one and gave me a new one! I thought it was so nice! Does anyone know if this happened to them?

Yes. I work at Great America and we will replace damaged sports bottles, but not lost ones. But please don't put them in the dishwasher. If you leave them in your car, keep them out of direct sunlight.

I had my bottle replaced last year after we put it in the dishwasher. This year I had my handle of the cup replaced. No problems with replacing either of them.
